Need to return a product from outside the EU? Purchase this return label, and we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label directly to your email. Use it to easily return your item(s) to us – hassle-free and trackable.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive the return label within 1–2 business days via email. Simply print it, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest UPS Access Point.
Please note: This service is only for returns from countries outside the European Union.

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
